Suprecrema is our secret recipe of master cream; which is a thick custard that can be used as a filling for our various pastries. Supercrema is made by bringing the milk almost to a boil, then tempering a mixture of eggs, sugar and cornstarch with the hot milk. The mixture is returned to the stovetop and cooked, stirring constantly, over a low heat until it has thickened. The delectable soft and thick texture with elegant finish of vanilla scent.

Our History

Our recipe were taught by Dutch and Italian missionaries back in the 1950s when West Papua Province was still part of West Dutch Indies. While combining imported ingredients like butter and milk-which scarce during that time- with Indonesian local spice and ingredients, our forefathers has able to come with original taste.
